  • 2 (8.5 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
  • 8 oz. can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk

Directions
