  • 1 jar chipped beef
  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts
  • bacon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 4 to 6 servings wild rice

    Layer 11 x 14 pan with chipped beef. Wrap chicken breasts in bacon and put on top of chipped beef. Mix cream of mushroom soup with sour cream and cooking sherry. Spoon this mixture over the chicken and cover with foil. Cook at 300° for 2 hours. Open to brown. Serve over wild rice.
