- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 peaches, diced
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine sugar and oil and mix well.

3In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt, mix well.

4Add flour mixture to mixture in large bowl, mix well.

5Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

6Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

7Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven 45 to 50 minutes.

8Frost with your favorite frosting.
