  • 4 c. peeled and sliced peaches
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c. cream

    In a large bowl, toss the peaches with flour, nutmeg and salt. Turn the mixture into pie shell.
