- 1 1/2 lb. carrots
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. parsley
Directions

1Prepare and cook shredded carrots.

2Fry bacon in skillet until crisp.

3Drain on paper towel.

4Drain fat, reserving two tablespoons.

5Stir carrots, salt and pepper into fat in skillet. Heat through.

6Crumble bacon and sprinkle bacon and parsley over carrots.

7Serves 5 to 6.
