  • 2 medium Pacific Rockfish or Cod fillets
  • 1 small lemon (use 1/2 for zest and squeeze for the juice and use the other have for small lemon slices)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup dry white whine
  • 1/4 t. garlic chilli sauce
  • 1/4 t. jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1 T. Anaheim or other mild green chili, diced
  • 3 green onions, diced including some greens
  • 2 T. green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 T. milk
  • 1 t. cornstarch
  • 1/2 stick butter
