  • 6 medium fresh carrots, cut (1 lb.)
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°.

    Arrange carrots in ungreased baking dish. layer cauliflowerets over carrots.

    Dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Cover and bake until vegetables are tender, 50 to 55 minutes.
