- 1 medium head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Arrange carrots in ungreased baking dish. layer cauliflowerets over carrots.

3Dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.

4Cover and bake until vegetables are tender, 50 to 55 minutes.

5Sprinkle with cheese.
