  • 2 c. cooked carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg white
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 c. Corn Flakes, crushed

Directions

    Combine carrots, bread crumbs and cheese.

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.

    Add seasonings.

    Form into 10 balls.

    Roll in finely crushed Corn Flakes.

    Place on greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes or until brown.
