  • 8 lamb loin chops (2 lb.), 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 4 cups loosely packed arugula
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Natural Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 2-2/3 cups hot cooked couscous

    Brush chops with vinaigrette dressing; place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
