- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 4 beaten eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple (optional)
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, salad oil and eggs well.

2Add carrots, walnuts and pineapple.

3Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish at 350° for 1 hour.
