- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 small onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. crushed dried sweet basil
Directions

1Peel and shred carrots.

2Melt butter; add water, salt and parsley flakes and basil.

3Stir into carrots.

4Microwave on High power for 15 to 17 minutes.

5Stir twice during cooking time.
