- 4 carrots
- 1 beet with greens
- 5 -6 leaves romaine lettuce (or other leaf)
- 3 -4 leaves spinach
Directions

1Scrub organic carrots or peel the carrots if they are not organic.

2Clean and cut beet into slender wedges, and wash and dry lettuce and spinach leaves.

3Juice half of the carrots.

4Add the beet.

5You may use the remaining carrots to help push the lettuce and spinach through the juicer. Enjoy!
