- 12 cup canola oil
- 12 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

1Mix carrots and all wet ingredients.

2Mix dry ingredients.

3Add the dry ingredients to the wet.

4Pour into well greased and floured loaf pan.

5Bake at 350 for 50-60 minute until fork comes out clean.
