  • 12 cup canola oil
  • 12 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 12 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Pour into well greased and floured loaf pan.
