  • 40 grams Butter
  • 50 grams Cake flour
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 100 grams Carrot (grated)

    In a hot water bath, melt the white chocolate and butter in a bowl.

    Sift together the dry ingredients and then mix together with the chocolate and butter.
