- 7 oz thai rice noodles - 3 tbs peanut oil - 2 tbs finely minced garlic - 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped - 2 tsp br sugar - 1/2 cup coarsely grated carrots - 1 cup green cabbage coarsely chopped - 2 tbs spicy thai chili sauce - 2 tbs soy sauce
Directions

1bring 2 cups water to boil - turn off heat & immerse noodles in hot water for 3-5 mins until noodles are soft but firm - rinse c cold water for 30 secs - drain well & set aside

2heat oil in lg skillet over med high heast & add garlic - stir-fry for 1 min - add onion & br sugar & stir-fry 2-3 mins until onion is soft - add carrots, cabbage, chili sauce & soy sauce & stir-fry 5 mins - add noodles, mix well & stir-fry for 3-5 mins.
