- 2 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. regular sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 c. raw carrots, shredded
Directions

1Cut carrots first.

2Combine sugars, eggs and oil.

3Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

4Sift dry ingredients together (flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda) at low speed for 1 minute.

5Add carrots at low speed to dry ingredients.

6Grease pan very lightly. Preheat oven

7and bake at 300° for 1 1/4 hours in greased Bundt pan.

8Keep at room temperature.
