  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip dressing
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 (16 oz.) tub cream cheese frosting
  • 1/4 c. cold water

Directions

    Combine cake mix, eggs, dressing, water and cinnamon.

    Stir in carrots and nuts.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (greased and floured).

    Cook 35 minutes in a 350° preheated oven.

    Cool and frost.
