  • 2 Cups broken beans (foul madshoosh)
  • 1/2 Cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 Cup finely chopped coriander
  • 1/4 Cup finely chopped dill
  • 1 Cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 Cup finely chopped onion (1 small onion)
  • 2 Tb finely chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tsp salt -- Or To Taste (1 1/2)
  • 1/2 Tsp pepper -- or to taste
  • 1 Tsp dry coriander powder
  • 1 Tsp chili powder (optional)
  • 1 Cup sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying
