- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.

2Add sugar and oil; beat eggs and add to the mixture.

3Add carrots and blend. Makes 3 layers.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
