  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 1/2 to 4 c. carrots, grated (depending on how moist you like it)
  • 1 c. pecans or walnuts
