- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. carrots, grated (depending on how moist you like it)
- 1 c. pecans or walnuts
Directions

1Mix oil and eggs.

3Pour batter into 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.

4Bake at 350° (low) for 40 minutes or until done.
