  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. each cinnamon and allspice
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. flour

    Mix together first 4 ingredients. Add carrots and nuts. Bake in two layer pans at 325° for 45 minutes; cool.
