  • 2 (7 oz.) boxes ring macaroni
  • 3/4 to 1 c. diced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced cucumbers, do not peel
  • 1 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • diced ham (optional)

Directions

    Cook macaroni according to directions on package.

    Drain and rinse with cold water.

    In a bowl, mix together the pepper, salad dressing, sugar, salt and vinegar. Blend well.

    Stir in vegetables, ham and noodles. Refrigerate overnight.
