- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. grated raw carrots
- 2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Beat eggs, oil and sugar well.

2Add dry ingredients and vanilla.

3Add carrots and pineapple.

4Beat well. Bake in 3 (8-inch) layer pans which have been greased and floured.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
