- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. finely grated carrots
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. well-drained crushed pineapple
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.

2Add eggs, oil, carrots and vanilla; beat until combined.

3Stir in pineapple and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
