  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Add oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple, nuts and vanilla.
