- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 2 c. carrots, grated
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. nuts (of choice)
Directions

1Beat together until fluffy the sugar and eggs. Add oil.

2Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add carrots, raisins and nuts.

3Pour into greased and floured pans.

4Bake 2 round pans at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.

5Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
