- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots or 2 jars junior baby food carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat eggs; add Wesson oil and sugar.

2Sift dry ingredients; add to eggs and oil.
