- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs (one at a time)
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. black walnut flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped black walnuts
Directions

1Mix sugar and Wesson oil in mixing bowl.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Add carrots, walnuts and remainder of ingredients.

4Mix until sugar is dissolved.

5Pour in greased tube pan lined with wax paper.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
