- 3 oz. oatmeal
- 4 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 4 Tbsp. raisins
- 1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
- 6 pkg. sugar substitute
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple (with juice)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Add additional pineapple juice if mixture appears dry.

3Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

4Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
