  • 3 c. raw carrots, grated
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except carrots.

    Grease and flour three 8-inch layer pans.
