- 3 c. raw carrots, grated
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except carrots.

2Add carrots last.

3Grease and flour three 8-inch layer pans.

4Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

5Depending on individual oven, you may bake up to 45 minutes.
