- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. cake flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Cream sugar and oil together.

2Add eggs to creamed mixture and mix.

3Add carrots and pineapple and mix.

4Sift dry ingredients together.

5Add dry ingredients and mix well.

6Pour into greased and floured (3 layers) cake pans.

7Cook in 350° or 375° oven for 30 minutes or so until done.
