- 1 potato, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 qt. ginger ale
- 1 regular size bottle catsup
Directions

1Bring to a boil ginger ale and catsup.

2Pack and roll meat mixture into firm balls.

3Add to boiling mixture.

4Cook about 3 hours.

5Chill and remove fat from top; reheat.

6This makes a good dish to freeze or prepare ahead.
