- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Cream sugar, oil and eggs and beat.

2Add the dry ingredients and beat, then add the carrots and nuts and beat again.

3Put into 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured, and bake at 350° until done, about 1 hour.
