  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions

    Cream sugar, oil and eggs and beat.

    Add the dry ingredients and beat, then add the carrots and nuts and beat again.

    Put into 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured, and bake at 350° until done, about 1 hour.
