- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Grease and flour a tube pan.

2Mix sugar, oil and eggs.

3Sift baking powder, cinnamon, flour, soda and salt.

4Add to sugar, oil and egg mixture.

5Add carrots and walnuts.

6Pour in pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
