  • 2 lb bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/3 c of melted butter
  • 4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1/2 c of chopped onions
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt of sour cream
  • 8 oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 c crushed corn flakes plus 1/4 melted butter

    defrost potatoes

    mix in melted butter, salt and pepper and stir

    combine rest of ingredients

    pour into 3 qt casserole dish

    top with corn flakes

    bake at 350 for 40 minutes
