  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
