- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 round 9 x 1 1/2-inch pans.

2Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl.

3Add next 3 ingredients and beat well.

4Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pan(s).

5Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 40 minutes in round pans.

6Cool 10 minutes and turn out of pans.

7Cool and frost.
