- 1 Teaspoon bi-carbonate of soda.
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder.
- 1 Lemon.
- 1/2 Cup of pecan kernels.
- 1 1/3 Cups of plane flour.
- Cream cheese.
Directions

11 Beat eggs and sugar until frothy.

44. Add sifted flour,bi-carbonate of soda and baking powder.

66. Bake in a hot oven(180 degrees)for 1 hour.
