- 3 c. grated raw carrots
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Combine carrots, oil, eggs and sugar.

2In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients, except nuts.

3Blend both carrot mixture and flour mixture together, then add nuts.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.

5Frost with cream cheese frosting.
