  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. grated carrots

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients.

    Beat eggs and oil together; add to dry ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Add carrots last and mix.

    Bake at 350° in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes, or until brown. Let cool before icing.
