  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs (unbeaten)
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Directions

    Mix well and bake at 350° in an 11 x 13 pan or two 8-inch rounds that have been greased and floured. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean. When cooled ice with cream cheese icing.
