  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Cream the sugar and oil; add eggs.

    Add dry ingredients; fold in carrots and pecans.

    Bake in three layers in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
