- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream the sugar and oil; add eggs.

2Add dry ingredients; fold in carrots and pecans.
