- 2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Directions

1Place chicken in baking dish, skin side up, in a single layer (or skin if you prefer).

2Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken.

3Baste with juice every 10 to 15 minutes. Bake chicken until well browned and tender (approximately 1 1/4 hours) at 350°.
