- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine oil and sugar; add grated carrots.

3Add eggs and mix well; sift together flour and cinnamon and add to mixture.

4Add vanilla and nuts and mix well.

5Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
