  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine oil and sugar; add grated carrots.

    Add eggs and mix well; sift together flour and cinnamon and add to mixture.
