- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose plain flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Sift together once the flour, soda and cinnamon.

2Cream oil and sugar.

3Add dry ingredients alternately with eggs, using one egg at a time.

4Add vanilla.

5Last, fold in grated carrots.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

7Makes 3 layers.
