  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Mix together oil and sugar.

    Sift dry ingredients. Blend into first mixture.

    Grease and flour 2 (10-inch) pans.
