Mashed Potato Casserole

- 8 to 10 medium to large potatoes
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- milk (just a drop to mix potatoes or none if potatoes are moist)
Directions

1Cook potatoes as usual for mashing.

2When done, combine all ingredients and whip, using as little milk as possible.

3Mound in casserole and refrigerate overnight.

4Remove from refrigerator 3 to 4 hours before baking.

5Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
