  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. carrots, grated
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. (small can) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions
