- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream sugar and oil.

2Beat eggs and add to sugar/oil with flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.

3Stir in carrots and nuts.

4Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan

5at 300° for 45 minutes or in layer pans at 350° for 30 minutes.
