  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Cream sugar and oil.

    Beat eggs and add to sugar/oil with flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.

    Stir in carrots and nuts.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan

    at 300° for 45 minutes or in layer pans at 350° for 30 minutes.
