- 2 c. white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. ground nuts (walnuts)
Directions

1Mix oil and sugar.

2Add one egg at a time.

3Sift dry ingredients together.

4Mix together, then add carrots and nuts. Blend with mixer.

5Pour in pan and bake (flour pans) at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6Don't look until 30 minutes are up.

7Cool and frost; add nuts on top.
